Terms and Conditions for Birthday Party & Activity Services
1. Introduction
Welcome to Learn Eat Play Ltd. By booking a birthday party or activity with us, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. These terms govern the services provided by Learn Eat Play Ltd for your event. Please read them carefully before making a booking.
2. Booking and Reservations
2.1 Reservation Process
To secure a booking, the Client must complete an online booking form or contact us directly to confirm the details of the event, including the date, time, venue, and specific services required.
2.2 Deposit
A non-refundable deposit of 50% minimum of the total event cost is required to confirm the booking. This deposit will be deducted from the total amount due. Full payment must be made 21 days before the event.
2.3 Confirmation
Upon receiving the deposit, we will send a booking confirmation, which includes the event details and payment schedule.
3. Event Changes and Cancellations
3.1 Changes to Event
If you wish to change the event details, such as the date, time, or number of guests, we will do our best to accommodate these changes, subject to availability. However, any changes must be communicated at least 7 days before the event.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
If the Client cancels the event:

In the event of unforeseen circumstances such as natural disasters, health emergencies, or any event beyond our control, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule the event. In such cases, we will offer a full refund or reschedule at no extra cost to the Client.
4. Pricing and Payment
4.1 Pricing
All pricing is subject to change and will be confirmed in the booking contract. Any additional services requested by the Client (e.g., additional guests, extra decorations, themed birthday cake) will incur additional charges.
4.2 Payment Schedule
The remaining balance (after the deposit) must be paid 21 days before the event. Payments can be made via invoice, bank transfer, credit card, cash.
4.3 Late Payments
If the final payment is not received on time, we reserve the right to cancel or postpone the event. A late fee of 10% will apply to overdue balances.
5. Client Responsibilities
5.1 Accurate Information
The Client agrees to provide accurate information regarding the event, including guest count, allergies and any other special requirements.
5.2 Event Supervision
The Client is responsible for the supervision of all guests at the event, and ensuring a safe and enjoyable environment.
5.3 Venue Requirements
Learn Eat Play Ltd is responsible for ensuring the venue is accessible and meets the requirements for the services provided. If the venue does not meet these requirements, we may not be able to proceed with the event and will give the client prior notice.
6. Health and Safety
6.1 Safety Standards
We prioritize the safety of all event participants. All equipment, activities, and services provided by Learn Eat Play Ltd are in compliance with safety regulations. The Client agrees to follow any safety instructions provided.
6.2 Liability
Learn Eat Play Ltd is not responsible for any injury, loss, or damage to property during the event, except where caused by our own negligence. The Client agrees to hold Learn Eat Play Ltd harmless for any claims arising from the event.
7. Conduct and Behaviour
7.1 Respectful Behaviour
We expect all guests at the event to behave respectfully and in accordance with the law. Learn Eat Play Ltd reserves the right to terminate the event early if inappropriate behaviour or safety concerns arise.
7.2 Substance Abuse
The use of alcohol or drugs at the event is prohibited. The Client is responsible for ensuring compliance with local laws.
8. Privacy and Data Protection
8.1 Personal Information
Learn Eat Play Ltd collects personal information for the purpose of booking, preparing for, and managing events. We will handle this information in accordance with applicable privacy laws and our Privacy Policy.
8.2 Photography and Video
We may take photographs or video recording during events for promotional purposes. If you do not want this, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
9. Limitation of Liability
Learn Eat Play Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the event. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services provided.
10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
10.1 Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Kent, United Kingdom.
10.2 Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved through mediation or, if necessary, legal proceedings in the appropriate court.
11. Miscellaneous
11.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms and Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the Client and Learn Eat Play Ltd regarding the event and supersede any previous agreements or understandings.
11.2 Severability
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11.3 Modification of Terms
Learn Eat Play Ltd reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to the Client in writing.
