Just another Music Tuesday! 

Calling all Toddlers and Preschoolers

Join in with our music teachers for a fun-filled morning of music classes! These classes are meant to:

1. Introduce Musical Concepts: Children learn basic concepts like rhythm, pitch, tempo, and melody through fun songs, instruments, and games

2. Encourage Motor Skills: Activities may involve movement and dancing to music, helping develop coordination and motor skills .

Cost £10.00 per session without food or £14.95

Including babycinno or soft drink and Ella snack for your little one.

This amazing club for children with Special educational needs and disabilities (SEND) aims to provide additional learning and social interaction for children who may have physical disabilities, learning difficulties, or other challenges that make traditional education settings more difficult for them.

At Leap our SEND club focuses on creating an inclusive and safe space where children can engage in activities that cater to their specific needs.  Additionally, the club foster a sense of community, helping participants develop social skills and build relationships with others who may have similar experiences. Our support staff  for our SEND club have specialised training to work with your children ensuring the activities are both enjoyable and beneficial for them.

At Leap our SEND club has two specific types:

1. Social Skills Development - Focus on helping children with social interaction difficulties, such as those with autism spectrum disorder (ASD). Our activities includes: Group games, role-playing exercises, and group discussion. 

2. Creative Art - Art, a can be great outlet for self-expression, especially for children with learning or emotional difficulties. Our Creative art activities include drawing & painting. 

These activities allow the children to build confidence, explore new interests, and communicate in non-verbal ways, which can be especially beneficial for children who find it hard to express themselves through words.

Cost:  Varies per individual requirements.

Reading morning for babies, toddlers and preschoolers.
Read with our very own Mascot Shim the Dolphin.

The session starts off with playing songs and popular rhymes for babies, they can also play with the toys. After which, Dolphin Shim comes into the centre and interacts with the children including taking pictures if required.  Finish off the session with Shim reading interactive story where the children get to join in therefore enhancing their reading capabilities.

Parents will be notified in advance the book that Dolphin Shim will be reading, and if they have it at home they can bring it along but the words will be displayed on the screen to follow!

Calling all pre-schoolers to come along with your friends for an afternoon of Disney movie fun. We have an array of movies including the latest Disney movie for your children to enjoy. 

FREE ENTRY 

 Popcorn, hot dogs, sweets & drinks are available to purchase, just ask! 

Parents are free to wait in our café area whilst their children enjoy the movie (children from 2 yrs old can be left with our DBS checked staff)  and grab refreshments or snacks and enjoy the free Wi-Fi or even a quick get together with friends!
